April 2017 copywriting update
April got underway with a series of lengthy proofreading jobs for a new client, who’s a brand new education provider in London. He emailed me a nice testimonial when I’d finished the work, which put a smile on my face:
“Many thanks for this it is really appreciated. You offer a great service and you delivered it so well I am very pleased thank you! I hope you have a great day and I will definitely recommend your service.”
I had a big 3,000-word whitepaper-style guide to sink my teeth into this month, on an internet-related subject, along with several more blog posts on a digital marketing theme. I’ve been doing some more product description work for the big-name clothing client, and I wrote a blog post for Oxford Dictionaries on a pet subject – aviation English. Among other things, I’ve also been writing about Easter breaks for another client, website copy on cosmetic treatments for another and on property for another, and I’ve written leaflet copy for a London artist. All in a month’s work!
Outside work I’ve had a pleasantly busy month starting my helicopter training (yes, I really am going ahead with it!) and enjoying a long weekend in Paris, all of which you can read about, as ever, on my personal blog.
I currently have availability to take on new projects, but May is booking up fast already, so do drop me a line if I can help you with anything!
